"The food was great and we ate here several days while staying at a nearby hotel. Unfortunately the woman in charge was treating customers tersely and was downright rude to her coworkers. This occured every day went. It was clear she didn't enjoy working there and felt customers were a bother to her. I feel so badly for the people who had to work with her."

"Tim Hortons built into a USA 2 Go gas station, located in Howell, MI on North Latson Road! Just off the freeway, easily seen from roadside! Easy in and easy out with plenty of parking options! This is also a gas station, so it can get busy at times! Tim Hortons itself is clean and staff is friendly. Not the fastest service, but be patient and your order will show up eventually! Definitely worth stopping by for a cup of coffee or an order of Timbits!"
